Ugochukwu Agballah hails from Udi town of Udi local govt area, Enugu state, Nigeria. He was born to Sir Hon. Petrus Agballah (Ogbuibor n’ Udi) and his wife Late Lady Felicia Chianuka Agballah. Petrus Agballah, a renowned Chartered Accountant. He was the first Nigerian of Igbo extraction to start practice as a chartered Accountant in the old Eastern Region. He was also the minority leader of the Anambra State House of Assembly during the Second Republic.
